Shiny modern skyscraper. Across the street from two larger parking lots.

5th Street & 9th Ave SW

Cool, long alley. Mix of brick and shiny new buildings. Parking likely available in lot across 9th Avenue or in the Centennial Parkade, connected to one of the brick buildings.

10th Ave & 10th Street SW (near the Co-op)

Ample parking, cool brick building.

4th Street & 5th Ave SW

Variety of lighting. Cover if weather is less than ideal. Can walk up staircase to level above for non-alley photos. Unsure on parking.

Ample parking, good views, clean urban feel.

10th Ave & 4th Street SW (The National)

Nice colour, cool staircase. Could be cars parked here, however.

Scenic location with skyline and river. Unsure on parking

East Village St. Patricks Island & Bridge

Scenic location with skyline and river. Parking should not be too bad, but unsure.

3rd Street & 6th Ave SE parking lot/alley (across the street from the new library)

Mix of old and new buildings (Library). Parking should be relatively easy, but TBD.

5th Ave & Macleod Trail (near Delta Hotel)

Likely not very busy despite its location among the big buildings. Shots with skyline and with traffic could look neat. Unsure on street parking but Delta hotel could be an option.

Urban space near Bow Valley College (also near the Delta Hotel)

Could shoot with the City of Calgary building in the background. Is relatively close to the bridge in the previous location idea.

10th Ave & 3rd Street SE

Cool staircase in an alley. Parking should not be a problem, but unsure if vehicles obstruct the staircase during the day.

4th Street & 13 Ave SW (Memorial Park)

Nice mix of vegetation and skyline. Not much cover if it rains, aside from at the coffee shop. Variety of angles, trees, park benches at the park.

12th Ave & 1st Street SW (near Memorial Park)

An alley near Memorial Park that used to have more graffiti but still could give an edgy look. About a 90 second walk from the park.

Pump house Theatre in Sunalta

Plenty of space with plenty of trees and good shade. Near the river. Unsure if pedestrian bridge will be open in August. Ample parking. Closest location to the wedding itself.
